A bottom set across six teeth: four polished solid caps in the middle and a diamond-cut open heart on each end. One piece, made to order in solid 925 sterling silver and cast from your own impression.

• Diamond-cut hearts. The two outer caps are open hearts covered in criss-cross diamond cuts, so your natural teeth show through and the metal sparkles.
• Solid center. The four middle caps are solid and polished to a mirror shine.
• Bottom set. Made for the bottom teeth, six teeth joined as one piece.

3. We cast, detail and polish your grillz in 925 sterling silver.

4. We inspect your set, send you photos and a tracking number, and ship it out.
